Dr. Wolff completed her OB/GYN residency at Yale, where she received multiple awards for clinical and surgical excellence. She went on to receive the prestigious Reproductive Scientist Development Award and trained in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility through the combined Walter Reed and NIH fellowship.
She later served as Head of the Unit on Reproductive and Regenerative Medicine at the NIH, where she established its first fertility preservation program and performed the first egg retrieval at the institution.
After serving as Chief Medical Officer of a women’s health startup, she founded Pelex following her own experience with infertility.

Dr. Johnson is a global leader in insulin biology, with research spanning diabetes, obesity, and metabolic disease. His work was among the first to demonstrate a causal role of excess insulin in obesity, insulin resistance, fatty liver, and cancer. He is a Professor at the University of British Columbia and has held several major leadership roles, including Director of the Life Sciences Institute and founding director of the Novo Nordisk Research Centre in Oxford. Dr. Johnson has authored over 185 peer-reviewed publications and continues to lead research focused on understanding how insulin drives chronic disease.
